This Blue Ridge Power House is inspired by an actual brick powerhouse used in the late 1800's to generate power for the trolley system that ran from Williamsport to Hagerstown MD.

HO Scale. The footprint of this model structure is approximately 12"x 16". The complete kit includes: RDA modular stone panels and details, CCK laser-cut boiler house and docks, pre-cut roof panels, RDA and Tichy windows, DPM doors, Bar Mills smokestack and water tower, RDA building details, and strip and sheet stock for detailing.


Main Building:

22 panels to complete the building

8 solid stone panels for pilasters

6 40-light windows, 2 doors, 2 12-light windows

Boiler House:

4 sides and roof (laser cut), 5 windows (12 light + 6 light clerestory)


Stairs, treads, dock, roofing material, tube for chimney, wire, RDA details, strip wood for foundation and bracing, cement block styrene sheet, and Bar Mills stack and water tower

The higher section of the building is 3 panels by 4 panels.

The lower section of the building is 3 panels by 2 panels (with one short side open if built as shown).
